Offerings

Fin and Flora Co. is a boutique floral design studio offering custom, art-driven florals for weddings and events. We take on a limited number of clients each season, allowing every project to be approached with care, creativity, and thoughtful attention to detail.

Our services are intentionally structured to support both the scale of your event and the integrity of the design.

Full-Service Floral Design

Our full-service offering is best suited for clients seeking a comprehensive, hands-on floral experience.

This service includes:

  • Custom floral design developed from your vision and aesthetic

  • Creative direction and floral sourcing

  • Delivery, on-site installation, and breakdown

  • Installations when appropriate

  • Access to select rentals when aligned with the scope and scale of the event

Full-service minimums are evaluated holistically and may vary based on event size, guest count, location, and overall design complexity.

For example, an intimate in-town celebration or micro wedding may receive full-service support—including select rentals—at a lower investment than a large-scale event where floral elements are intentionally minimal and rental logistics outweigh creative return. Our goal is to ensure every full-service event allows for both elevated execution and meaningful design impact.

À La Carte Floral Design

À la carte floral design is ideal for smaller-scale events or clients who do not require on-site setup.

This service includes:

  • Custom-designed personal flowers and select décor pieces

  • Pickup or simple delivery

  • Rentals are not included

  • Installations requiring rental mechanics are not available

This option offers access to the same level of artistry and intention, while maintaining a streamlined, efficient approach.

What to Expect

At Fin and Flora Co., we believe that every wedding and event should feel personal, intentional, and artfully designed. From your first inquiry to the moment your florals are revealed, we guide you through a seamless, thoughtful journey that keeps your vision at the center.

1. Inquiry & Introduction

Your journey begins with a conversation. This is where we get to know you, your event, and your vision. Sharing inspiration, asking questions, and understanding your priorities helps us begin crafting a design that feels uniquely yours.

2. Consultation & Concepting

Next, we dive into creative exploration. Together, we discuss colors, textures, and floral styles, reviewing initial ideas and inspirations. This is where your vision starts to take shape in a way that reflects both you and the overall feel of your event.

3. Proposal & Planning

After our consultation, we provide a custom proposal outlining your unique floral design, services, and any rental or installation considerations. This step ensures clarity, transparency, and alignment before moving forward.

4. Booking & Confirmation

Once you’re ready to move forward, we confirm your date with a retainer and signed agreement, officially beginning our collaboration. From here, you can eagerly anticipate the final touch that will transform your event day into something more extraordinary than you could have imagined. We remain available throughout the planning process to answer questions, offer guidance, and accommodate any updates or adjustments as your vision evolves.

5. Finalization & Design Refinement

Approximately 6–8 weeks before your event, we finalize details and refine designs, reviewing important factors such as guest count, timeline, and floorplan. We ensure every element, from bouquets to tablescapes, feels cohesive, intentional, and ready to make a lasting impression.

6. Event Day Execution

Your wedding day is finally here! All the planning, decisions, and details are behind you. You can breathe, celebrate, and be fully present, we’ve got everything handled! Whether picked up, delivered, or installed by our team, every aspect is carefully curated to reflect a celebration that is unmistakably yours.
